It may not seem like much, but lifting consistently and correctly was a resolution of mine. I hit one week straight from Sunday to Saturday, even working on a 4 day split. I am hurting, but it’s progress. Thanks to @nickcate1 for the encouragement and plan.

@TODDzilla_ The OG Supra is an iconic piece of machinery, that shouldn’t have ever been remade and rebranded through outsourcing. Pure shame. Performance wise, it’s cool but it’s a slap to car enthusiasts. I’d spend way more cash on an OG Supra over that BMWsupra.
