Enough using the 2-3% special cases to manage school systems.

All ford needs to do is allow charter schools and vouchers. Checkmate as hordes of parents will remove kids from our traditional

Same talking points over and over. Northern Ontario led the way with OntarioLearn e learning back in the early 2000’s
