Key accusations included in the arrest warrants issues for Netanyahu and Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza are as follows:

1. War Crime of Starvation as a Method of Warfare
• Intentionally deprived Gaza civilians of food, water, medicine, fuel, and electricity from Oct 8, 2023 – May 20, 2024.
• Blocked or restricted humanitarian aid, disrupting relief efforts.
• Actions led to severe water shortages and crippled hospitals’ ability to provide care.
• Created conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of part of the civilian population in Gaza, which resulted in the death of civilians, including children due to malnutrition and dehydration.

2. Crimes Against Humanity of Murder
• Civilian deaths from malnutrition, dehydration, and lack of medicine, especially children.
• While the ICC has not YET been able to determine that *all* elements of the crime against humanity of extermination were met, it has found evidence to support that the crime against humanity of murder was committed by Israel against the victims.

3. Crimes Against Humanity of Inhumane Acts
• Denied medical supplies, forcing doctors to perform surgeries, including amputations on children, without anesthesia.
• Patients experienced extreme pain and suffering due to Israel’s actions

4. Crimes Against Humanity of Persecution
• Targeted civilians based on political/national grounds, violating their rights to life, health, and survival.

5. Widespread and Systematic Crimes Against Humanity: Intentional Attacks on Civilians
• Evidence found of incidents where attacks were deliberately aimed at Gaza civilians.

“The ICC found that there are reasonable grounds to believe that the lack of food, water, electricity and fuel, and specific medical supplies, created conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of part of the civilian population in Gaza.” (This is the Crime of Genocide but being added as a crime against humanity of murder)

Key Findings:
• No valid military justification for restricting humanitarian aid.
•. Decisions to allow limited aid were conditional, made under pressure from the US or international community, not to meet humanitarian obligations.

The ICC has also found and stated that the alleged crimes against humanity were part of a *widespread and systematic* attack against the civilian population of Gaza.

Three decades ago, the world made a commitment to respect & uphold children’s rights by adopting the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Today, the rights of Palestinian children are violated day in, day out.

#Gaza has become a graveyard for children. They are being killed, injured, forced to flee & deprived of safety, learning & play.
They have been robbed of their childhood + are on the verge of becoming a lost generation as they lose another school year.

In the occupied #WestBank, children live in fear & anxiety. Since October last year, more than 170 were killed there while others are losing their childhood in Israeli detention centres.

The occupied Palestinian territory is no place for children.

A frequent tool of dictators is to label political opposition groups as "terrorist groups" and shut them down.
