@luxemiaa A long time ago, I did ask someone if they were willing to switch with me, it was a one row change (both were aisle seats) and my opening offer was 100 bucks cash for the inconvenience. They accepted, but if they hadn’t, I would have said “cool, no problem” and sat in my seat.

@311DCgov I’m so frustrated with your waste collection crew, and the 311 app’s inability to lodge a complaint or service request. Tired of finding garbage bags full of waste laying around AFTER the cans were supposed to be picked up. It’s no wonder rats are everywhere.
