The hack started after I clicked what looked like a legit “appeal” link from Instagram. I then got login alerts from Montreal and Thunder Bay — shortly after, everything was shut down.

@instagramcomms @Meta @Mosseri URGENT — both my accounts @armswingacademy & @nickdelbianco were hacked and then disabled. I lost access to Instagram and Facebook, including my business page.
I run a small business and rely on these accounts daily. Please help me recover them.
