@bbclaurak Very laudable that Yvette Cooper is introducing legislation to tackle AI and online grooming. Given the reported scale of this issue and if the prisons are full, legislation alone is just an ineffective paper exercise surely?

Here we go again. 10.30am post op scheduled appointment check up. Now 2 hours in at Southampton and your consultant unlikely to see me until 1.30pm at the earliest. It is clear that SpaMedica do not see outpatients until at least after 12.30pm. Not good !

@SpaMedica At my final post op appointment at Southampton. If only I could film the absolute chaos for the NHS to see. Packed waiting rooms with elderly folk waiting over 4 hours for their SCHEDULED appointment. Honestly - neither fair on patients or staff.

Had a cataract operation that went wrong 3 weeks ago. Cumulative 15 hours of waiting in your surgeries so far. At scheduled appointment today 12.00 at Southampton to be told that surgeon unlikely to assess me until late afternoon. Very distressed and unhappy.

Seriously? 3 out of the 4 car parking machines along Bourne Avenue not working. When will these be fixed? Certainly not acceptable to issue parking fines under these circumstances.

Sorry that RM has been affected by crowdstrike issue. I was expecting an international delivery yesterday 22-07-24 that arrived in the UK and cleared customs on 19-07-24. Still not been delivered with no updates on your tracker service. How long is the backlog delay?

Frankly you couldn't have been less interested in fighting that battle.
