It is very clear AVA6103 is working.
If you follow #AVCT you will know how important the mood music is.
Those attending the AGM will see Coughlin’s mood first hand 12+ weeks into trial.
Those who attended Science Day will recall @DamianReilly’s question and Coughlin’s answer:
“You can read our body language”
She knew what the PK was doing when she said this.
We’ve since had Coughlin and Goldberg join the placing 10 weeks into trial.
If Gen2 tech works as it did pre-clinical, in human, Avacta is peerless.
Remarkable this confidence remains ignored.
😂 sadly I couldn’t attend the PTCLND meetings as I was still in the middle of a 2021 PTLFT meeting that Alastair had said was finishing “soon”
#AVCT
What a turnaround indeed!

Following the raise, we suspend valuation and forecasts. For context our last published valuation was £471m ($603m) or 103p/share.
“….we suspend valuation and forecasts.”
Interesting!

@trinity_delta@avacta Trinity Delta View:
The key takeaway from this raise is that institutional investors (and management) are prepared to participate in a placing at market prices, suggesting solid confidence in the platform’s future potential and management’s ability to deliver it.
#AVCT 1/2
The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital.
A great team effort by Chris and the Zeus team, what a difference a year makes. Onwards and upwards 🚀#AVCT@coughlin582
#AVCT renders CLN irrelevant with transfer from Heights to an institutional investor.
An expectation AVA6103 will effectively treat human cancers confirmed.
Ensuring Gen 1, 2 & 3 license deal negotiations are unencumbered by noise during this critical period.
Different board.
@Livinginthesurf BIO International Convention
•Dates: June 22–25, 2026
•Location: San Diego, CA, USA
•Focus: The world’s largest global event for the biotech sector, convening thousands of industry leaders, investors, and policymakers for partnering and dealmaking.

What a wonderful comment to hear from @coughlin582@avacta.
35 of 38 #AVCT AVA6000 SGC patients have seen their disease either stabilise or respond.
The market remains focused on when median PFS will be reached.
For patients and their families, the question is much simpler = is the treatment working?
The emerging data suggests it very much is.
#AVCT shareholders will feel the full impact of this appointment not today but when the board is deciding which offer to recommend to shareholders.
Board now ultra lean. Coughlin, Hughes + x3 NEDs. No bloat. Little waste.
Unrecognisable from 12 months ago.
In my personal view 2026 will be a defining point for #AVCT and ultimately for long term cancer patients.
Thanks to all shareholders and stakeholders for their support.
@tom_the_bomb__@hughesy0707 Tom, like you I’ve joined the dots on #AVCT strategy and see multiple licence deals with big pharma over the next few months culminating in a single takeover deal post AVA6103 data release. RH is ideally suited to play a pivotal role in realising full value. Congrats @hughesy0707
A really interesting appointment by #AVCT.
Up until now, @hughesy0707 influence would’ve been limited given his NED role. Personally, I’m therefore very pleased to see today’s change.
Before RH joined the Board, we were repeatedly told there was little that could be done about the CLN. At times, the wider equity market was cited as the issue, despite capital continuing to flow into the biotech sector elsewhere. Sentiment was at an all time low, which was demonstrated by short interests and decimated market cap.
Since joining, we’ve already seen a number of positive developments. Whether you attribute those directly to RH or not (I and many do), his influence is likely to be significantly greater as Chairman than it was as a NED.
Some investors may be cautious about that. But he’s a business man. We’re getting very close to the closing curtain now IMO. He has a personal interest (note his purchase at the last placing), so he’ll want the highest price possible. And that’s fine by me.
Finally, I didn’t think too much of CC’s use of the phrase “strategic partner” in the last interview.
Then today’s RNS lands.
Avacta is recruiting a Deputy Chairman with “proven international expertise in the biotechnology sector” to support the Board through pipeline development and engagement with potential pharma partners.
Nothing definitive, but when management starts talking about strategic partners and the board starts recruiting specifically for pharma engagement, it’s hard not to join a few dots.
Even more interesting times ahead IMO.
Congratulations to Richard Hughes on his appointment as Chair of #AVCT.
@TVR5AVCT looks forward to a transformative H2 under his chairmanship.
We wish Shaun Chilton all the best for the future.
Chris Coughlin would be a great choice as an interviewee.
An inspirational CEO who has dedicated her career to fighting cancer and making an impact in it.
Asked recently if she thinks she’s going to put a “dent” (a Chris word) in cancer? The answer was an emphatic “absolutely”.
Chris and her team sound increasingly confident & assured.
She was by all accounts brilliant at Science Day and excellent in the presentation. The #AVCT pre|CISION platform is cutting edge.
@bradloncar@BiotechTV This interview with Avacta’s CEO Chris Coughlin and Christopher Leidli set a very high bar. Great if you could match it for #ASCO26#AVCT
A great conversation with Christopher Leidli on @RxForBiotech - discussing the future of oncology, innovation and our approach of old drugs new at #AVCT and the next chapter with FOCUS-01
So excited for the future
