Just wanted to say keep doing what your doing and fighting against banning wood burning, and all those that are brain washed in to thinking its the worst thing in the world!

@NbrsVsWoodSmoke @CharnwoodStoves I do understand, and was quite happy to exchange views with you, sadly others need to get involved and become toxic to normal conversation. I don't live in an urban area and only have electricity. My issue is if stoves were to be banned rural homes could suffer in winter.

@NbrsVsWoodSmoke @CharnwoodStoves @caromawer 2/2 So if wood stoves got banned what would people like me and my neighbours do, there is a certain need in other parts of the UK, I think working towards making burning cleaner is a good way forward and yes I think people should have to install cleaner burner stoves.

@NbrsVsWoodSmoke @CharnwoodStoves @caromawer 1/2 Sure I can understand that, I am just putting my point across that from where I am if we could not burn wood or smokeless fuel to heat our homes then it would be a cold winter. Sure I could have a heat pump and I would but there is no way I have that money to install one.

I don't disbelieve some of what is said is true but like everything in this world these days its all blown way out of proportion for maximum impact. Anyway lets leave it at that!

@mikehinford @CharnwoodStoves And to be clear what I am saying, while I can agree there are some brilliant solutions, they will never be for everyone. It is just to costly for a lot of ppl. Also it has been proved a modern stove emits very little pollution hence the eco design.

@mikehinford @CharnwoodStoves Another report that the press have released. £1bn on health issues caused by wood burners. Please think about how that can be proved reliably. Pollution from cars and industry is everywhere, especially in built up areas. What rubbish.

I recent spoke to a plumber who installs them and the cost of installing is crazy.
