I donโt think teachers will be remembered primarily for their lessons. I think they will be remembered for their energy... and their attitude... and their relationships.
Lessons are important... but they donโt tell the entire story. The legacy of a teacher is more than that.

One simple way to gauge a childโs interests is just to observe them with the right questions in mind. Following this, we should consider how we can use their interests to motivate and engage the children in meaningful learning ๐ค
โKnow thy impactโ. Teachers should consider student assessments as powerful feedback about their impact and not a judgement on students. If they arenโt getting it, what are you going to do about it? Enjoying the read @mitchking81.
