@LNRailway I'm curious. Why does the 18.19 EUS-NMP service stop at Watford Junction for "pick up only" and what happens if you decide to break the rules and get off there? 🤔

@hirekieran @LNRailway I'm afraid to say you'll get to Euston and find there are no trains north or Milton Keynes for another 30 mins and apparently no ticket acceptance elsewhere either. Disgrace

@LNRailway I'm sorry but the way this has been managed is a complete and utter shambles. Your conductor has been left alone whilst you've taken far far far far too long to work out how to resolve it.

@LNRailway am stuck on the 1726 out of Euston. You really do need to make a call on how we get back to Euston as people are getting very stressed and restless. Very hot, no toilets, no water. It's taken far too long to assess whether the issue can be fixed or not.
