Sometimes, a task that is "too easy" never gets done...
So is it really "too easy", or is your mind just telling you it's "beneath you", so you end up doing nothing instead?
If a small win that feels too easy, take it.
And give yourself credit for taking any action at all.
Sometimes, winning is just "not losing".
Don't just count the steps in the right direction.
Give yourself credit for not taking steps in the wrong direction.
They count.
Your breath is the remote control for your nervous system.
Fast and shallow = stress
Slow and deep = calm
You don’t need to fix your life.
Start by fixing your breathing.
You don’t need a breakthrough.
You need one win.
Not a perfect day.
Just proof you showed up.
A stretch. A walk. A message sent.
Stack that.
That’s how you come back.
@Dearme2_ Although I was never diagnosed, here's what I've used to get myself out of a hole.
Stacking small wins
Cutting myself some slack
Positive self talk
A bit of CBT
@samurai_codeX@FitFounder I think that's where a lot of guys fall down. It seems so unattainable.
It's simple, but not easy.
Especially if you try to do it all at once.
@Codie_Sanchez Just need to be wary of scope creep.
I've fallen into that many times and it's ended poorly for all involved.
Now, it's "I can do that for you, here's how much extra it will cost"
