@ScotRail what’s the procedure if you have a pigeon in your carriage? It got on a Waverley, with some encouragement from passengers we managed to get him to fly off at Haymarket. No one checked his ticket.
@ScotRail Yes I know the strategy, I’m already delayed more than 30 mins so no longer important. More important to try and stop other customers getting delayed later when the train is due back the other way. It’s called adding insult to injury. But now the train is broken and can’t move.
