@Delta what are we doing? My visibly very pregnant wife flew from MSP to ATL to PBI and was left to struggle maneuvering her carryon up and down both planes and unloading/loading it in the overhead. Is this the kind of service our young family can look forward to now? Yeesh

Here, @Delta, I’ll even do the hard work for you while I wait on hold for what your system expects to be 3.5 hours. There are multiple direct flights out of & into ATL. So we could drive there, fly to MKE, make it on time, and never make a pregnant woman sleep in a terminal!
