Nice to get a name check in a great little piece on Cafe Royal Books in the Guardian today. All the work of one man, the legendary Craig Atkinson @caferoyalbooks https://t.co/3r76NMp6Gy
@BooksBeatles The final page of the 1969 Christmas edition of the Radio Times had 10 photos of John, one for each year of the 1960s. It was amazing to see how his appearance evolved.
@ianchris 1971, I was a student on Derby Photography course. Monday had screenings of Orson Welles/Kurosawa screenings with Ian Christie. I couldn’t stay for the first film. Big regret. I missed Ian’s take on Citizen Kane. Got it yesterday via ‘In Our Time’. Worth the wait.
@UNofPhoto @chrisfloyduk Like Chris I was aware of it because the cover was one of the first to emulate Abbey Road, but never heard it. I will. Booker T played Cheltenham at Jazz Fest not so long ago and told great story about working with Dylan.
So pleased the 'Prenotations' work remastered as platinum prints will feature in new home for British photography that opens in Jermyn Street, London January 2023. The Centre for British Photography will build on the world-renowned Hyman Collection of British photography
