@Equifax hello. I’m an american who lives outside of the US, and trying to manage my credit accounts. I was told by customer support today that one is unable to log into the equifax website when outside of the US or when on a VPN. How am i expected to access my accounts?
Your customer service automated telephone system is, no exaggeration, the worst one i have ever experienced. Very limited help options, all of which redirect me to the website, and absolute refusal to connect me with an agent. Infuriating
@Experian I’m a US citizen trying to freeze my credit. I don’t live in the US. Your website won’t let me create an account because I’m not physically in the US. This restriction prevents valid requests. Can you provide me with an alternative way to freeze my credit?

@vueling I’m flying on friday with my pet from Amsterdam to Florence. He’s been vaccinated at the appropriate times, and he has stamps in his passport to prove this. An email from vueling states he needs “a vaccination record AND a passport issued by a vet certifying…”.
@Bitwarden i seem to be unable to log in via https://t.co/pIMbP1PH7w. My password doesn’t work, and if i click Log In with Device and confirm via app, the app says Login Confirmed but the website says “an error has occurred. Username or password is incorrect. Try again.”
@HBOMaxNordic I’m a subscriber in NL and all of the non-english content in my region only has Dutch subtitles, and i prefer subtitles in english. Is it possible to make all subtitle languages selectable? All my other subscriptions offer this — disney, netflix, prime, etc.

@RevolutApp hello! Throwing in a product suggestion: as a premium user (in the EU) one of the benefits i receive is one free int’l xfer per month. I interpreted this to be per calendar month, but discovered today that it’s per rolling month (so, a month after the last free xfer)
This makes it difficult for people who send money monthly to another country, but may not be able to do it on the same day each month — eventually I’ll lose a day or so each month until I’ve lost one of my free xfers, or passed a bill deadline
