First cases in Australia and using Optrell with the automated DeEP algorithm. DeEP localized beautifully with the common isthmus for a number of VTs and nil inducible following DeEP ablation.

@PennEPFellows @PennCardiology Presumably an attempt at entrainment which delays the subsequent diastolic pots with fusion (paces just after last QRS in VT) proving reentry and then terminates VT followed by capturing the isthmus on the next beats with a long stim to QRS and a very similar morph to the VT.
