0.5oz Fernet
0.5oz Yellow Chartreuse
0.25oz Bittermilk #1 (simple syrup is also fine)
2 dashes Angostura (4 if you used simple syrup)

Stir over ice, serve on a big cube
Garnish with star anise and an orange peel
