1. Why is BA's Baggage handling so appallingly bad on connections? Todays tale of woe - 2.5hr connection T5 Gate A2 to A8 - bag failed to make it. To compound the poor service why do BA find it impossible to inform you that the bag has misconnected?

@ScotRail The new app only finds train services if the Direct Trains Only button is selected and why is there no "earlier\later trains" option on the results screen - you have to go back and select a new search time🙄

@AvantiWestCoast I am travelling Manchester to Edinburgh on a Transpennine Exp 1st class ticket. train has been cancelled and we have been told to take the 1153 Avanti service from Preston to Edinburgh. Can you confirm that I can use my ticket to travel 1st class on this service

@TPExpressTrains Thanks...and how is 1st class acceptence? I have previously experienced Avanti refusing Transpennine 1st class tickets for 1st class travel, insisting I sit in Standard Premium!
