@NatWestBusiness what an absolute shambles of a supposed business service. You have suspended our account based on our business profile being out of date due to your error. We have made 15 separate phone calls and one branch visit to you to correct your error previously.

Are correct and yet still tell me it will take up to 48 hours to resolve and unrestrict the account. During this time not only can I not make payments from the account/card, you will not accept payments in. By not being able to receive payments this could fundamentally affect our
