The Daily Mail has now published details from sentencing that almost no one has reported.
As Henry Nowak — bleeding from five stab wounds — tried to climb a commercial rubbish bin and over a fence to escape, Vickrum Digwa filmed him.
And taunted him.
“You’re not going to get away with this big man.”
Henry landed on top of a parked car on the other side of the fence. Digwa walked round and took close-up photos of him lying on the ground.
A home security camera then captured what may be the most chilling exchange in this entire case.
Henry: “I am dying.”
Digwa: “You’re not dying bro.”
Ten minutes later, Henry said: “You stabbed me.”
Digwa replied: “No, I didn’t.”
In the ten minutes that followed the stabbing, Vickrum Digwa did not call an ambulance. He filmed Henry for a full five minutes instead.
That clip was deemed too disturbing to be played in court.
Stop and process what that means. A judge and a jury sat through video of Digwa describing his blade in “loving terms,” through bodycam of Henry being handcuffed as he died, through pathologist evidence of the eight-centimetre chest wound — and the only piece of footage the court ruled too disturbing to show was the five minutes Vickrum Digwa spent filming an 18-year-old as he bled to death on a Southampton pavement.
The judge said it in sentencing: “You continued to make films of Henry suffering, ignoring much of his desperation at having been stabbed. You told him that had not happened, no doubt to convince others who were nearby.”
The lie Digwa told the police did not begin when officers arrived. It began ten minutes earlier, in Henry’s face, as Henry told him he was dying.
This is what Hampshire Police walked into. This is the man they believed when they got there. This is what the court has now formally established took place between the stabbing and Henry’s death.
The five-minute video exists. Henry’s family knows what is on it. The court knows what is on it. The public does not.
It is too disturbing to be shown.
But not too disturbing to have been done to him.
Henry — forever 18. 🤍

This is the push back re folic acid in bread.
It is the official reason why it is being put into bread.
What few people know is that there were NINE DEAD BABIES for every neural tube defect "prevented" in the only trial on low risk women.
The researchers tried to raise the alarm but were ignored because by then it was a public health sacred cow.

There needs to be a debate on folic acid.
Government are mandating this DRUG be added to our BREAD.
It is a massive issue for the health of millions.
Please sign so that parliament can challenge the decision.

An 80-year-old Japanese-American woman with advanced Alzheimer’s—bedbound, incontinent, and speaking only in single syllables for years—just shattered our understanding of neurodegeneration.
After a single supervised 5-gram dose of psilocybin mushrooms (Enigma strain), she woke up after 19 hours and did the impossible:
+ Regained full speech (forming complete, coherent sentences)
+ Recovered lost memories (recalling long-forgotten life events)
+ Regained mobility & continence (dressing herself and staying dry)
+ Restored eye contact and humor
A follow-up 3-gram dose one month later boosted her verbal fluency and agility even further. These gains lasted for weeks.
🧠 This Is Not A Cure. It’s Something More Profound.
The case report, published in Frontiers in Neuroscience (May 27, 2026), proves that functions we assumed were irreversibly destroyed by dementia are actually still there—they are simply trapped behind broken neural gates. Psilocybin bypassed the damage. How? Through explosive, rapid neuroplasticity:
+ The 5-HT2A Switch: Psilocybin floods 5-HT2A serotonin receptors, triggering a massive spike in BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor).
+ Neural Rewiring: BDNF acts like fertilizer for the brain, driving dendritic spine growth, synaptogenesis, and the repair of broken networks.
+ Circuit Restoration: It downregulates chronic neuroinflammation and re-establishes critical communication between the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex.
🛑 The Tragedy of Our Delay: Johns Hopkins is already studying psilocybin for depression in early-stage cognitive decline. But for late-stage, severe patients? It is an absolute shame that we aren't taking these trials more seriously. Modern medicine has exactly zero treatments that restore lost function in advanced dementia. This single case demands immediate action.
We don't have time to wait for a 10-year bureaucratic pipeline while millions of minds fade into the fog.
⚡ The Directive for Compassionate Use: President Trump’s executive order accelerating psychedelic research gives us the exact legal framework we need. We must bypass the standard red tape and establish compassionate use protocols immediately for advanced patients. For millions of families watching their loved ones slip away, this case report is a thunderbolt of hope. The brain still holds secrets, and science moves fast when we get out of its way.
What if a single guided experience could give you back one last conversation with the person you love?
🔄 Share this if you want real hope for dementia. Access and research must accelerate NOW.

This is an interesting post for all kinds of reasons, including exposing why umbilical cords of new borns are rapidly cut despite the evidence of benefit to the infant for leaving it attached for a period after birth, and what happens to the genetic material from umbilical cords and placental material. Dr David Morris exposes Cortisone shots are used a revenue generator by Big Pharma
He reveals they are a scam and “designed to fail”
“Here's something orthopedists know, but they're not gonna tell you. And yes, I'm being a little bit cynical here, but cortisone shots are designed to fail. Not by accident, they're designed that way.
When you get a cortisone injection, it works for a few weeks or a few months.
The pain goes away. You think it's healing, but cortisone doesn't heal anything. It's a powerful anti-inflammatory. That temporarily suppresses the pain signals.
Meanwhile, it's actively degrading, it's actively breaking down the tissue.
Look this up, don't take my word for it. Cartilage, tendons, ligaments actively being degraded. So when the cortisone wears off, your joint is actually worse than before.
The pain can come back stronger. What happens then?
Well, then your doctor gives you another shot. After 3 or 4 shots, the cartilage is so degraded that conservative treatment isn't working anymore. Now you're a surgical candidate. This is exactly what the business model requires. Your orthopedist isn't trying to heal your joint with cortisone.
He's buying time until you're bad enough to operate on, because that's when he gets paid the most. Again, I'm being cynical, I know that, but it's so frustrating to me”
Here’s what you should do
“Compare that to regenerative medicine. When we inject Wharton's jelly or PRP, platelet-rich plasma, we're triggering a healing response. Growth factors, cytokines, signaling molecules that tell your body to repair tissue and build new collagen.
It takes longer, it costs more upfront, but you're actually healing. We're not just masking symptoms while the problem accelerates towards surgery”
“So if your orthopedist recommends another cortisone shot, ask him, what's the plan after this stops working? Because if the answer is surgery, he's not treating you, he's preparing you”
He’s 100% right
Cortisone shots repeated use is linked to:
- Tissue degradation
- Cartilage thinning and accelerated osteoarthritis progression
- Tendon weakening or rupture
- Bone death, joint infection, skin atrophy, and faster joint deterioration
So what are the real treatment options? I found those too
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): Uses your own blood’s concentrated growth factors to stimulate repair, collagen production, and reduce inflammation. Studies often show better long-term pain relief and function (6–12+ months) compared to cortisone, fewer risks of tissue breakdown
Wharton’s Jelly (Umbilical Cord MSCs): Contains mesenchymal stem cells, growth factors, and anti-inflammatory components from donated umbilical cords. Early evidence suggests it can help with pain, mobility, and tissue repair in joints
Our healthcare system isn’t about fixing you, it’s about long term customers and repeated treatments
Two men involved in a street fight, which included a man being stabbed & later petrol-bombing someone's home with a mother & daughter inside, have been spared jail & given suspended sentences.
Naveed Hussain had a dispute with Bilal Ahmed in Kildare Street, Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent, along with three other men. It led to Bilal Ahmed’s brother, Kashif Ahmed, being stabbed in the shoulder with a machete & taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
Later that day, others went to Hussain’s partner’s home & carried out a revenge arson attack, which left a 31-year-old mum & her 13-year-old daughter in hospital for weeks.
Judge Rupert Mayo sentenced Hussain to 22 months in prison, suspended for 18 months, with a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement & 150 hours of unpaid work.
Ahmed was sentenced to 15 months in prison, suspended for 18 months, with a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement & 100 hours of unpaid work.
Both men were ordered to pay £500 in costs.
Why are we allowing barbarians to fight with machetes in the street & then petrol-bomb people’s homes?
Why have they not been jailed?
Two-tier policing & judiciary in Britain?
🇩🇪 Nikita Miller, a German comedian, was nearly killed by a migrant who attacked him inside Bremen Central Station.
His attacker was released on the same night as the attack.
Nikita later explained that the court stated that the migrant “no longer posed any danger.”
What’s more, the charge was reduced to bodily harm instead of attempted murder, which Nikita said was because the court argued that the migrant had stopped the assault before killing him.
Nikita told the court he only survived the attack because he fought back, and that the migrant only stopped once the blade broke off.
During the attack, Nikita suffered five serious stab wounds, including a 15 cm wound to his head.
He later told the German news outlet Express that the suspect was granted German citizenship despite the attack.
The comedian has since moved to Norway, saying that if anything were to happen to his wife or family, he would not want to deal with the German criminal justice system again.
“I won’t survive it a second time,” he said.
His job is to engineer civil unrest, delivering a Digital ID mandate for his WEF handlers.
This isn’t about popularity — and it never was.
What’s unfolding feels increasingly calculated, not accidental.
A steady push of policy after policy, each one framed as efficiency, safety, or modernization — yet collectively pointing toward something far more rigid underneath.
Digital identity systems. Centralized verification frameworks. Expanding requirements to access basic services in an increasingly monitored environment.
Supporters call it progress. Critics see something else taking shape: a quiet tightening of control wrapped in the language of convenience.
And the most unsettling part isn’t just the direction — it’s how normal it’s being made to feel while it happens.
Because once these systems are fully embedded, walking them back becomes almost impossible.
At that point, it’s no longer about debate.
It’s about structure.
Ed Miliband has signed the UK up to a legally binding 87% CO2 emissions cut by 2040. Paul Homewood says this can only be achieved by the devastation of industry and sharp cuts in the standard of living. Read his article in the Climate Skeptic. https://t.co/bGOg3zigaP
It has never been officially acknowledged, but it is an open secret that the UK government sends its nudge unit to grieving families after tragedies like this. Their job is to warn the family they will be held responsible for any public reaction and to push statements about unity to shield the authorities.
In Henry Nowak's case, they clearly missed his godmother. She has spoken with raw honesty about the failures that cost her godson his life. Henry's sister Olivia has likewise shared and supported calls for real accountability instead of scripted silence.
A government that uses threats to manage and muzzle a family's grief has lost all moral authority.
💥I've made a close up edit of the police beating up a protester💥
It very much looks as if the police had planned to charge at the protesters & had planned to pick on someone to make an example of.
As they executed their charge, there was man who was sitting on the wall. Then due to the speed of the charge he was left at the wrong side of the police line.
He was innocently sitting on the wall, & is clearly heard saying: 👇
For what? For what? I'm just sat here, what?😲
Then they all pull him out onto the road for a huge pile on and beat him up.
The absolute brutality of the attack was completely uncalled for as I see it, and the fact that it looked to be pre planned, suggests that it was done purposely to turn a peaceful protest into tomorrows headings of far right thugs, is unreal.
They were smashing him repeated with the sharp edge of their shields, they were punching him repeatedly in the face, & kicking him repeatedly in the head.
This could have easily turned into a second police murder in the same area.
At the end of it he was covered in blood & blood was all over the road.
A quite horrific scene 😢
Once again it looks like more two tier policing with another injustice against an innocent person 😱
I can't believe what I've just watched.
A portrait honouring Henry Nowak was placed outside the British Embassy in Poland and staff removed it.
The wonderful people of Poland care more about Henry than staff at our OWN embassy.
Disgusting and absolutely heartbreaking.
It is simple: If the West continues to ban great artists like Ye, then he will smash records in cities like Istanbul.
If it continues its policy of ruthlessly smearing and creating hurdles for podcasters like myself and others— then we will share our voices on stages across countries like Russia.
The West cannot continue to pretend to be the symbol of freedom and progressivism while suppressing and punishing those who dare to criticize the genocide in Gaza.
Bolsheviks failed in the East and migrated to the West. The people realize that now.
They will inevitably fail again.
