A Jewish child is brutally slaughtered.
A Palestinian child is brutally slaughtered.
You can contextualise, historicise, politicise all you want but there are two dead children laying in the dust.
If you can't see the evil in both deaths then shame on you.

Richard Madeley compared Palestine to Nazi Germany, and then said that all the children killed were collateral damage of an essential invasion.

I’m so angry at myself. I’d eliminated alcohol from my life, but the wheels have fallen off the wagon tonight. It’s been a difficult week, but no excuse.
Fuck.

Six Decades of the Porsche 911: A Journey of Power, Prestige, and Pure Pleasure
In the year 1963, while the world was busy contemplating the complex conundrums of Cold War politics and space exploration, something magical was stirring in the heart of Stuttgart, Germany. There, a machine, a masterpiece, a marvel of engineering was born – the iconic Porsche 911.
It was not just a car. Oh, no. It was a symphony of steel and rubber, a harmonious blend of power, speed, and elegance. It was like Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, only better, because you could drive it. And boy, could it drive. Like a falcon soaring through the skies, unbridled and untamed, the 911 was the epitome of freedom on four wheels.
We aren't just celebrating a car. We are honouring a legacy, a legend, an icon that has stood the test of time, speed bumps, and British roadways. The 911 didn’t just survive the erratic caprices of fashion and the automotive industry's meandering pathways – it defined them.
As we rewind the clocks and take a sojourn down the memory lane, every curve, every rev, and every gear shift of the 911 encapsulates a moment of history, a chapter of a story that is as rich and nuanced as the roar of its engine echoing through the tunnels of time.
It's a car that doesn't just get you from A to B, but takes you to places where maps fear to tread, through eras where time is but a spectator to the dance of engineering and artistry. From the classic charm of the original 911 to the roaring spectacle of the Turbo models, every incarnation is a world in itself, a universe of power, performance, and unyielding passion.
In the capable hands of legends like Steve McQueen and modern titans of the track, the 911 didn't just carve asphalt – it carved history. Each model, from the Carrera to the Targa, is a stanza in a poem of power, a note in a ballad of speed that has been sung for six glorious decades.
All we can do is stand in awe. Awe at the engineering prowess, the aesthetic allure, and the unyielding spirit that courses through every nut, bolt, and cylinder of this automotive masterpiece.
Sixty years of the Porsche 911 is not just a milestone – it's a testament to the unyielding spirit of innovation, the relentless pursuit of perfection, and an enduring legacy that will, much like the immortal hum of the 911’s engine, echo through the annals of time. Here’s to another sixty years of unadulterated power, unrivaled elegance, and unblemished prestige.
Happy birthday, you magnificent beast.
