@UPS worst Customer Service ever to rename yourself useless partial service. Send a package overnight guaranteed next day delivery didn’t arrive there for two days. Being on the phone with them 45 minutes transferred five times and still get get a resolution absolutely pathetic

I really believe @British_Airways should rebrand itself as a dictatorship. I have a business class seat can’t pick my seat unless I pay for it in advance when I check in 24 hours prior to my flight they assigned me a seat and I can’t even change. let tell me when go to the toilet

@Apple they won’t send a replacement phone until that is done so if I lose my phone before I get my new one I won’t be able to find it and then they can charge me the thousand dollars

Got AppleCare through my carrier the phone is damaged and needs replacing and was told need to turn off find my phone before they can ship me a new phone. I guess somebody without a brain cell came out with that stupid idea
@UPS useless parcel service at it again paid for overnight delivery by 10:30 AM. It’s now 7:30 PM and package is still not delivered and won’t be delivered till the day after. Can’t speak to a person with one brain cell to get my refund will never use UPS again

I have been in an email conversation with your support team to return glasses. I got and replaced them with new ones. It is now been two days and several email request of an update and nobody’s bothering to respond. I guess this is how you support customers
