@SW_Help All very well advising people to carry water when travelling, but is there any reason you don’t have the conditioning operating on your train?
You opening the windows doesn’t really cut it…
So @Harlequins end up with 3 empty seats while I’ll be watching in The Albert instead….
Can’t you fathom how to maybe get a few more people in the ground by loosening the ticketing rule when ticket sales are so poor?
Genuinely baffled @Harlequins - you’d rather enforce the dumb ticketing rules than give flexibility on purchasing seats to encourage people to attend the Champions Cup match? You’re at barely 60% attendance but I can buy 2 tickets that leave 1 single seat.
@Harlequins you can’t sell tickets for the Champions Cup match v Sale, really low attendance, but I can’t buy 2 tickets for decent seats I found because it will leave a single seat. So you have 2 fewer attendees. Pretty stupid rules to enforce when you’re barely at 60% capacity!
@thetimes apparently, the delivery team’s inability to follow the instructions to leave in the porch alcove (out of sight, out of the weather) is my fault as wildlife may interfere with the newspaper. Laughable refusal to compensate for ruined paper not delivered correctly
@thetimes after repeated failures to delivery a newspaper correctly so it was ruined in rain, I was astonished to receive your feedback that it’s my fault! I try to support print media, but your appalling customer service means I’ll have to cease.
Such poor service from @Equiniti. Never meets response times, despite the stated target already being ridiculously long (30 working days to respond???)
As administrator for the Armed Forces Pension Scheme, people need support, but your service falls so short!
@SW_Help At a minimum, SWR makes journeys stressful - normally makes them delayed.
Why are SWR services always delayed by an amount that makes connections impossible? It’s unfathomable…
@SW_Help - why can’t you run a service on schedule? Every time from Twickenham to Reading either miss the connection or have to run to make it. EVERY TIME. SWR journeys are always stressful.
@SW_Help@SW_Help
How do we put in a Delay Repay when the train ran but we weren’t allowed onto the one we booked? Your systems aren’t good enough to capture that.
@SW_Help - what’s the point of purchasing an advance ticket on a specified train if your staff won’t let us on? Booked 11:39 Reading to Twickenham as 2nd part of trip from Bath to Twi. Huge queue, no one to help, and those that are there just ignore requests.
@RFU@Allianz@allianz_stad
Your app for Twickenham stadium is an utter joke. Relies upon data connection in an areas renowned for no signal in match days. Designed for you not your customers, with no choice but to use it, and causing chaos on a matchday.
Do better!
@SW_Help Honestly, the thing I dread most in any wk is the fact I have to use your service (or what you have audacity to call a ‘service’). Overpriced, underquality. Rammed trains, inadequate cooling. Infrastructure problems happen outside your control, but you consistently deal so badly!
@SW_Help Late evening, quiet trains with no high volume of commuters, fewer trains running on the network. Still unable to run a service on time. Ineptitude unparalleled!
