@AFP Japan govt owes a lot of debt. Approx 230% of national GDP. #1 in the world. Could this be why it is such a hard pill for them to swallow. This was going to a big economy boost. This is heartbreaking for them given the tax $ that went into it also. Abe's govt is deluded though.
