@Twiceroadsfool When our BIM Managers set up the project we have them enable scheduled publishes at that point. It doesn't catch everything as many times consultant models aren't included in the initial setup, but it "solves" the user account issue when someone offboards.

@Twiceroadsfool My 2025.1 experience is even worse than that. Ran the installer, it "finished" unexpededly and now my 2025 will not work at all. The revit.exe is gone.

@Twiceroadsfool I curse Autodesk every time I am in a bim kickoff call and have to be the person bluntly telling the room we are not doing publish/consume. Live Linking is a BIM hill I am willing to die on hahaha

@_TheDanWarren This is why i find the latest Autodesk push to capture ALL of our project data off-putting and frankly absurd. One source of "truth" equals one source of headache if things go off the rails. At least if AWS goes down, we have local options we can do to fall back on.
