@Ryanair flight FR147 to Berlin on Friday was delayed for an extended time without any clear notification of why the plane was delayed. After 3 hours the plane arrived and we were able to take off. No clear reason and 3 hour delay to our holiday! #compensation

@virginmedia But almost 48 hours of service failure, I have been a customer for over 15 years and this has never happened. Maybe a day at most but never this bad! Especially at Xmas. If this is major issue then what it being done and what is the issue?

@virginmedia can you please update what is going on in Sheffield S8 area with internet? I have been without internet since midday Thursday 21st Dec during the storm. No formal update just a rolling service message that a technician is working on it but the fix keeps going back.

@virginmedia It has been like this for two days. Checked, reset and looked at hardware but this message has been the same for two days and the repair time has just been moved on and on. Simply no service and no fix

Just keep altering the time it “ possibly” be back up. Was 9:00am
Just got message saying “ great news it all back up”
Guess what, it’s still down.
Now got message saying hopefully it will be 12:00.
Getting really mad now.
