@BekahHW My assumption is that it's workplace support. My team has technical debt, uncertainty (to some degree), and occasionally missed expectations...
But - No hustle culture - 9-5... No questions asked if life throws a curveball, and we support each other...
@dailystem@jsnhubbard It’s a safety thing. If a flat metal wire or card slips in and the two flat parts are up it creates a short - and possibly a fire. If the ground is up then it is safer
