This past Saturday marked a milestone many years in the making.

We hosted our first-ever Real Estate Investors Expo in a region where I had zero local relationships and no prior presence. Being the furthest event from my home base, the stakes were high. I had to rely entirely on my marketing know-how to fill the room, and I’m so proud to say—it delivered.

Despite snowstorm warnings, the turnout was incredible with over 400 attendees and 50 exhibitors registered!

What made it truly special was the leap of faith everyone took. Since I don’t maintain a large social media presence for myself or the business, there was little to no "social proof" for people to lean on. People showed up with no expectations, just giving a new event a shot, and fortunately, we were able to over-deliver.

The energy was electric. Attendees didn't just learn from some of the top investors in the area; they built meaningful connections with each other and our vendors. Meanwhile, our 50 exhibitors didn't just meet potential clients; they found a powerhouse of other professionals to network with, cross-promote, and grow alongside.

To see that kind of synergy happen in a place where I started with nothing is truly magical. Thank you to everyone who braved the weather and entrusted me to help you enter the game, level up your operations, and grow your business.
