@StephenSeiler That's a large difference - 10-15bpm? Maybe calibration? I find I get approx 3w for every bpm HR on step tests, do you have an idea of what that is for you? Seems backed up by the lactate being higher too?
@DavidMcleanCycl Light rail runs into planning problems I'd imagine. Given this reuses roads at least it gets around that. Ebikes are still going to be quicker and more convenient though!
@altini_marco @NATURAUL @James__cobb@Alan_Couzens Yes - I've experimented with it myself and it works fairly well on sports like cycling - rowing and running where breathing can be synced with cadence it is less good. Once you've got an idea for your vt1 hr you don't need the ramp. Can share data if you like!
@Cyclocosm @DaveMess10 @Rodman1_r2@Strava Nah not a chance. That feature is now gone; it's a shame as I found it quite useful, especially in races. They could have left in on but limited to followers. Sad times
