@nondeplume@mrdanlaws @roadto2022en @dumplingfolife I had a different issue, no change in accommodation, it was just pending after I had uploaded everything to Hayya (via ‘other platforms’ upload). In my experience, persistent calling to Hayya until you reach someone who seems to be willing to help is the only way to resolve
@Fao042 @mrdanlaws @roadto2022en @dumplingfolife You need to call Hayya directly on +974 4441 2002 and get them to escalate to technical team in order to fast track the approval
@mrdanlaws @roadto2022en @dumplingfolife If over 48 hours since you sent confirmation of accommodation you can ask Hayya to submit to technical team as priority, they do have a process, doesn’t seem like many in the support centre know it. Ask for supervisor if they can’t help and keep pushing to resolve over the phone
@mrdanlaws @roadto2022en @dumplingfolife I just received the approved Hayya card after multiple calls chasing. Seems like it’s just pot luck if you happen to get through to someone who understands your situation. Persistence is key. I got lucky, lots of people still stuck by the sounds of it.

@easyJet Scary, awful service at the gate for Prague flight to MAN yesterday. Staff refused to check bag sizes (even though they were correct) & aggressively made everyone pay to bring on board, threatening to refuse people on the plane if they didn’t pay. How can I get a refund?
