The most powerful piece of technology ever created is not a machine or a software.
It's a story.
Story has been wielded by the greatest leaders and innovators throughout history to shape belief, move capital, and inspire action.
That's why we're launching Project Genesis: brand new offering from Delta Studio that turns your founder story into an instrument to bend the arc of history.
Over the course of just three weeks, you’ll receive:
1.) Story coaching with our Head of Narrative Design.
2.) A cinematic storyboard visualizing your company’s founding narrative using professional filmmaking techniques.
3.) A Modular Story Guide with three written versions of your story crafted for fundraising, hiring, and media engagement.
Your Story Bible can be used immediately — Walk into your next investor pitch, recruiting call, or media appearance with the confidence of a cinematic protagonist.

The anti-alcohol, anti-pleasure, live-off-grid rhetoric is anti-Western culture actually. We shouldn’t aspire to live like the Amish. We should aspire to enjoy the splendour of our civilisation: beautiful architecture, candlelit dinners, intellectual conversation, cocktails with beautiful friends under chandeliers. We didn’t build all this just to retreat back into huts and eat ground meat off wooden chopping boards

For Memorial Day, do yourself a favor and take three minutes of your time to listen to this Civil War letter from Maj. Sullivan Ballou to his wife.
I just started re-watching the Ken Burns series, which debuted in 1990 to a record-breaking audience of 40 million, for the first time since it originally aired.
While I had forgotten all of the specifics of the show over the years, I NEVER forgot this letter or this moment, which closed the first episode.
Burns kept a copy of the letter in his wallet for 25 years.
The old Ad Guys used to call their profession "The Dark Arts", because nobody understood what they did.
Nobody understands it now, because those guys--who were mostly white men--were pushed out of the Ad Industry. And the feminized risk-adverse "teams" that replaced them never bothered to learn it.
The new "ad teams" were (and are) obsessed with data and metrics just like the rest of the corporate world. Data and metrics and logic and reason are essential if you're building a factory, or a software product, or sending a rocket to Mars.
But all of those things are useless in creative fields.
Because persuasion isn't rational or logical.
If you find yourself using logic to convince the masses then you've already lost.
To change someone's mind you have to go for their heart first. Their minds will follow, but only after they have a change of heart.
The old Ad Guys knew this, because it's the key to the Dark Arts.
And they had a formula.
First, take universal truths--the deepest truth--and connect that truth with a story. Then (and this is key) present it to the audience in an artful and appealing way.
If you pull it off--if you do it correctly--you can hack anything. You can hack any sort of skepticism, prejudice, or social conditioning. All those things get tossed aside when you speak to the heart.
Even though it's gone out of vogue, we still know how to do this.
There are still men who know and practice the Dark Arts. Many of them want revenge for what happened.
This is how we change the world.
This is how we win.
Men 250 years ago: “I’ve been drinking Madeira wine, ale, rum, and hard cider since I weened off my mother’s tit. Water? Never touched the poison. On the morrow, I shall overthrow the most powerful empire in the history of the world.
Men today: “I drank a glass of wine and it ruined my life. I couldn’t even podcast. My bracelet told me I was dying.”
THE LAST OF A DYING BREED
Sir Roger Penrose is perhaps best known for proving that singularities exist at the centers of black holes, but across decades he also pursued twistor theory, worked alongside Stephen Hawking, and fundamentally shaped our understanding of the universe.
Into his 90s, Penrose continues moving toward new frontiers. He developed Orch-OR with Stuart Hameroff in an attempt to understand consciousness, advanced a radical cosmology (Conformal Cyclic Cosmology) challenging dominant models of the early universe, and pursued ideas many considered strange or controversial. He approached them with rigor, collaboration, and relentless effort.
Penrose also moved freely between science and art, working with MC Escher on impossible geometries and presenting hand-drawn illustrations of his own ideas.
A true, uncompromising renaissance man of the universe.
