@bcherny @peter_szilagyi Boris why does it seem like Claude users can only get a response from you on X by raising a shitstorm? Anthropic seriously needs to hire some more support agents, as clearly Fin AI by itself is not cutting it. I’ve been waiting over a month for a response back about my issue.

@trq212 Hey @trq212, is Anthropic investigating the massive influx of reports (seen on r/ClaudeAI + r/ClaudeCode) regarding token usage filling up when users aren't using Claude? I have not been able to get in contact with a human support agent after trying many times.
