Been on hold with @MassRMV for 4hrs now. Literally have the simplest question and can’t get a real person. I’m told I have 10 minutes, 4 minutes, then jumps back to over an hour wait. Everything else is open it’s time to open more offices if you can’t keep up with the calls. 🤬🤬
