The customer service rep I chatted said she showed it was delivered. I said yes but the mask wasn’t in the box. They are resending. Just saw the perfume issue this morning. I’m not even going to fool with getting that issue fixed.

@ultabeauty - can we do better with shipping orders? I ordered: a hair mask and a travel size of an expensive perfume. The hair mask wasn’t in the box. The perfum only had a little left. I guess it had leaked? Not sure because the box wasn’t damp and didn’t smell of perfume.
