@GoogleWorkspace It have been days and there has been no response from @AskWorkspace nor any form of email support.
Is there some human assisted platform to take care of customer issues ?

@GoogleWorkspace
Getting billed for failed transaction.
Our Bill amount was
may: INR 4,956.00
june: INR 4939.48 (payment done for INR 10,000 on July 1st)
july: INR 4460.40
INR 5267.74 & INR 5699.40 which was caused by a bug in Google billing module, this got added in June bill
@GoogleWorkspace Why is google not providing any form of chat support or call support when a customer faces a problem. The only response I am getting from @AskWorkspace is sharing the link which I have already seen.

@AskWorkspace@AskWorkspace Why are you not answering on how the amount
INR 5267.74 & 5699.40 (which is not part of my monthly invoice)
Is added to my outstanding amount.

@AskWorkspace I know the card was not charged but what I don't understand is how the failed transaction amount is getting added to the outstanding bill amount.
By this logic if my automated payments had failed 20 times... My outstanding amount would have become INR 1,00,000+
