@KnightSavory @passportwaiting I emailed him on 23rd and an examiner rang me on 25th at 6.30pm….. and approved passport 45 mins later …. Went for printing on the 28th … printed on 31st and arrived yesterday….. xx

@passportwaiting @RobertSyms many unhappy people …about time the government looked into this along side @BBCWatchdog time frames are too inconsistent advertise 3 weeks via post office, then 3 weeks via passport phone line increased to 5 weeks and now allow for 10 and even then delays!

@nosheenm01 @rach88smith @passportwaiting When I applied it was 3 week…… back at the beginning of Feb….. still haven’t got ours and holiday was 31st March .. contacted MP who has chased it and it’s been sent for printing but won’t get in time sadly ..

Phone calls most days from the 28th Feb to track my daughters missing passport and finally got the result I needed just hope it comes in time for our trip x

@calciodisco @Karlyw14 @HM_Passport @passportwaiting @Karlyw14 gave me a contact for Durham passport office but they didn’t respond …. I emailed my local MP about it as per passport website guidance and someone rang and has pushed my daughters passport through and approved there and then!! Confirmed by text and email…x

@Karlyw14 No response 😥 I sent emails to both in morning …. Someone from the progress team called me but no progress given so I don’t know why they both! Ongoing since 7th March no movement whatsoever just gutted should have had back within 3 weeks it’s been 7 now 😢
