@SahilBloom I did something like this when I bought a duplex.. lived in one side and rented out the other. I hired a property manager and they handled a lot of things that effected both units like maintenance calls for yard work, plumbing, electric, handymen etc.. was incredible

@safetyth1rd I tried setting a time limit but that didn’t work cause I’d just extend it by typing my password. What actually worked for me is deleting the app after every use, then reinstalling it when I wanted to use it again. It adds friction that makes it difficult to check it impulsively
