Great customer service from @sainsburys - hung up on me when I called to ask for help! Said can’t help and then hung up when I asjed her to find a solution so I didn’t have to magic £100 extra for my shop!!

@sainsburys thank you for wrecking my Christmas budget. I redeemed £185 of @nectar points to cover my Christmas shop, but they didn’t get credited. @nectar spoke to Sainsbury’s who issued vouchers, but cannot use more than £99.99 on an order. So now have to find £100 extra cash!

Great journey! @TfL said no Elizabeth line until 10 so ran 2k to Ealing for Central. Elizabeth line due. Sent to different platform only for train to pull in at usual. Ran to get on. Has been stopped at signals whilst 2 later Elizabeth trains passed. 1/2hr for usual 8 min trip!
