@ITAAirways she was very rude to me and said they were. I said I saw their boarding passes, none were in business class or having sky priority on their boarding passes. She then turned her face around and ignored me and started to serve the next passenger. Horrendous (2/2)

@ITAAirways I’m on AZ1726 and had the worst on ground service with your staff in CTA! The boarding was a mess, the staff allowed non sky priority passengers to board via priority lane. When I boarded, and kindly told her five people queued in front of me were not priority (1/2)

@united I have never been a resident in states. The reason why United issued me those two vouchers were because I didn’t get the service I had paid for from United back then. Since United only issued me the vouchers when I left states for my trip, I couldn’t use them.

@united hi, I had two United vouchers which were expired for a couple of years as I haven’t been to states for a very long time. I have never extend either of them previously. Just wondering is it still possible to extend them? Thank you.
