Dad passed away 3 months and @British_Airways are saying that as the flights he booked were non-refundable they won’t give Mum the money back (or even a voucher). @VirginAtlantic did the right thing (as always) and gave Mum a full refund.

Such sad news about Mel Stein. Legendary football agent. Tried to get Lazio to throw in a trout farm for Gazza when he signed. Mel was a real character, hugely respected, always good company and even wrote a Top 10 single. Thoughts with Mel's family and friends. RIP.
