@renault_uk broke down yesterday, car still under warranty contacted my local Renault dealer Stourbridge where I purchased the car, really unhelpful refused to take my car, recovery had to take to Worcester(miles away) & the most helpful, friendly staff. Stourbridge terrible C.S

@ZARA have a problem with my order, promised via chat that would have reply email within 24-48hrs now over 48hrs been holding on chat for over an hour! Really bad customer care!

@renault_uk I have had an ongoing issue with my multi media device in my Renault captur. I have been redirected from one contact to another with no resolution. Appalled at lack of customer service from Renault from dealership & numerous calls to customer services!

flower delivery for a birthday. Courier didn’t ring recipients bell, so stayed there all day. Packaging very damaged, flowers half dead. Rang next & tbf they refunded & arranged new bouquet to be sent just had email, no stock, so they cancelled order completely.
