@OVOEnergy no response been in touch with CEO & ombudsman to make formal complaint customers wellbeing low on OVO’s priority list switched power off & still being charged hugely £1000 was £500 mth evidently an error but want to charge £149 to come take a look !!!
@OVOEnergy how many times do I need to complain ! Please ask a manager to call me - I will be contacting the ombudsman- you want to charge to come and check meter that you put in Nov and been errors ever since .
@OVOEnergy CS appalling Yet again being notified of increase DD spoke to you just over a week ago on hold over an hour each time having put down 3 times it was not required as significantly in credit How do you get someone to listen and ensure customers are not harassed again !
