Our lineman have started making PBJs with a Honeybun in the middle
This morning they made me one, which is a sign of respect and admiration in their culture.
It is ELECTRIC.
Wisconsin TE drill.
Starts from one knee and forces the player to generate power by pushing through the ground.
A good reminder that power doesn’t come from the hands. It starts with the feet, hips, and ability to create force from the ground up.
North Dakota State working vertical (Duo) doubles.
The goal isn’t to get off the combo.
The goal is to create movement.
Stay on the double until the linebacker forces you off.
One of my favorite OL drills ever:
FIT & WEAVE
Great for teaching:
- staying attached
- running feet on contact
- body positioning
- finishing blocks
Simple drill.
High carryover to Friday nights.
