@virginmedia I have just rung that number you gave me ...now they are saying they are working on it and should be up and running by 4pm ...so I haven't a clue ???

@virginmedia All this I tried yesterday also going on ure app and doing a check myself ...has for trying to get an engineer they said the earliest they can do is Monday..to be honest I'm fed up phoning them to be told different stories what is going in with the phone line
