20+ yrs. Amex platinum status & suffered the last straw. Total travel fail, zero help. Hotel canceled a rez made & prepaid thru @americanexpress website wo notice. Amex fix: I will get a full refund wo penalty! Left stranded in a foreign country- no hotel!

@AbandonHopeYall @cmpco Pretty convenient there's nobody to answer the phone when there is a person for PR posts on social media. It's a total business decision to leave us in the dark- literally and figuratively. We have no choice as customer so they do whatever they want.

@cmpco Our power went out 7AM Thursday & JUST today we got an estimate of TUESDAY 10PM as a fix! Residents deserve frequent, transparent communications from CMP. But hey, what do you care about customer service when your customers have no choice? #fail#cmp#sucks

@shellespring@DunkinDingus@cmpco But there is basically no communication from CMP. We lost power around 7am on Thursday and have been in "assessing" mode ever since. Haven't seen any trucks except for when they all stopped for breakfast.

No power since 630 am today. It is now 8pm and @cmpco is still "assessing" the outage. We are in town- not the outskirts- streetlights are on as is power in local businesses and nearby residences. Beyond frustrating- as all batteries and back ups are dying. ZERO UPDATES from CMP
