@SouthwestAir still on hold (going on a hour and a half) and I just got another text that my flight is now 4 and a half hours delayed but my app still says only 12 minutes. It’d be really helpful if you could clear up which messaging we should be listening to.

@SouthwestAir I got a text saying my flights been delayed 3 and a half hours but the website and the app say it’s only delayed 12 minutes. Which one is correct? I tried to chat and that didn’t work so I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get an answer.
