Doctors have the option to get paid when they see their patients, so they aren't forced into it

@ThatsBoSheep Especially since there's little to no oversight for any DEI initiatives. National will say "yeah stop bringing religion into meetings" but won't follow up and make sure that guiders + other volunteers actually UNDERSTAND what that means. When ppl have pointed out confusion?
