CHEATING ISN’T JUST SLEEPING with someone else, it’s also giving someone else the attention that should be for your partner, deleting messages so they won’t see them, flirting and calling it “harmless,” hiding your relationship in public while acting single in private, keeping options open while expecting commitment, being emotionally unavailable seeking validation elsewhere, and gaslighting your partner when they call out the disrespect.
