Yesterday, FTCT had the privilege of hosting the first of twenty localised @EFLTrust England Talent ID Events in partnership with @BFCCT_ and @pnecommunity

The event is an integral component the EFL’s Talent Inclusion Programme that aims to discover the next Future Lionesses by providing equal opportunities to grassroots girls to exhibit their talent.

Olivia Hooper, our Female Football Development Co-ordinator, emphasised the significance of these events:

‘’Events like this are crucial in granting opportunities to girls who may face barriers to accessing ETC’s or PGA’s, enabling them to showcase their talent in a comfortable and supportive environment. Yesterday, we welcomed 30 talented grassroots players that were nominated from across three CCO’s to join in with our localised event. The talent on display was fantastic and the girls were a credit to their clubs."

A massive well done to the seven players from our Girls Talent Development centre that were nominated to attend the recent @EFL England Talent ID Event 👏

The Talent Development Centre aims to elevate players technical abilities through high-quality coaching, with the ultimate goal being to empower and develop young female footballers who aspire to take their game to new heights. 📈

The girls have been working hard each week at the Talent Development Centre and it sure seems to have paid off!
