San Marino, the tiny republic surrounded by Italy, launched its own on-demand bus service. It's called Smuvi.
You book a ride from your phone, a little bus picks you up. No fixed stops, no fixed schedule.
The service works, kinda. The app? Room to improve. 🧵

The result: users are guided by the same visual elements throughout the entire app.
No re-interpretation needed at every screen.
And the ride code? Front and center, impossible to miss.
